At Dr. Netzley's dental office it is most important that our patients receive the highest quality, comfortable dentistry while providing a safe and effective patient care facility. It has been surveyed that the most common concern in a dental office is “patient protection.” It is not uncommon for a patient to even leave a dental office out of doubt of the cleanliness of the dental office.
However, the standard of care at Dr. Netzley's office has never been more cautious and dependable. In order to protect all patient and team members at Dr. Netzley's office, all team members are required to follow a standard of “Universal Precautions.” The California Dental Association and OHSA develop this concept. Some of these “precautions” include using as much disposable items as possible and sterilizing all instruments in state certified autoclaves or pressurized sterilization ovens. This attention to detail is what allows our patients to feel relaxed and comfortable, while receiving their dental care in a safe and efficient dental setting.
